On Good Friday we met up with our friends Jen and Rob and took the children to see the Easter Sand Sculpture. Then we had a cook out in the backyard. We opted not to go to service this year because it fell right during Nathaniel's fussy time. All week we've been reading through Benjamin's Box with the boys as a simple way to teach that Easter is really about celebrating our Risen King!!!
