Disney, Food, and Allergies

My biggest concern about our vacation was safely feeding Nathaniel.  It took a bit of prep work, but I have only praises about how Disney deals with allergies.  Nathaniel had several options at every meal and the Chef at every restaurant met with us before the meal and specifically cooked his meal in order to avoid contamination and mistakes. FANTASTIC! FANTASTIC! FANTASTIC!  Thank you Disney for being an organization that makes allergen living easier, and for giving Jerome and I peace of mind!
