Nathaniel has been such a trooper the past few weeks. He's struggled with some issues since he was born, and last month his pediatrician decided they needed more serious attention. Last week Nathaniel had a barium enema to rule out Hirschsprung's Disease
The results did not rule out Hirschsprung's, so he was referred to a specialist at the Toledo Children's Hospital. We are happy to report the specialist does not believe Nathaniel fits the symptoms for Hirschsprung's and is having us pursue other options. This means he was put on medication and in a month we will return to the specialist for a reassessment to determine if further testing is needed! Thanks so much for all your prayers!
